Job Description

Responsibilities

Own and drive the design and architecture of complex backend systems.
Mentor junior engineers (SDE-1/2).
Identify technical debt and drive long-term engineering improvements.
Make architecture-level decisions with cross-team impact.
Ensure system scalability, reliability, and security at scale.
Collaborate with stakeholders (product, infra, business) to align technical goals.
Conduct deep design and code reviews, and enforce standards.

Requirements

Experience working with databases (SQL, NoSQL), caching systems, and RESTful APIs.
Hands-on experience designing and scaling backend services and APIs.
