SDE - 2 Backend

Key Responsibilities

• Write clean, modular, correct, and production-ready code in Node.js
• Able to think and design systems on scale using async programming, error handling, and best design practices.
• Debug and optimize performance, memory, and concurrency issues.
• Work with databases, caching (Redis or equivalent), and queues (SQS/PubSub) for reliable system design.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications using AWS/GCP, Docker, and observability tools.
• Take end-to-end ownership — from requirements to deployment and impact measurement.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to deliver impactful outcomes.
• Use AI tools/APIs (OpenAI, LiteLLM, LangChain, etc.) to improve workflows and product capabilities.
  
  

• 3–6 years of strong relevant exp (fast paced product startup exp is add on) + Tier 1 college graduation will be add on
• Strong in Node.js
• High ownership and self-driven execution - You are an engineer, not a coder!
• Hands-on product development experience
• Basic infra knowledge (AWS/GCP, Docker, monitoring, queues)
• Practical AI usage or integration experience
• System design - Thinking at scale (performance, reliability, cost)

• Exposure to large-scale or high-traffic systems
