We are looking for a Golang Developer to build and scale high-performance systems in the B2B payments and credit ecosystem. This role focuses on designing and developing reliable backend services that power fast, secure, and seamless financial transactions for businesses. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to architect scalable solutions, improve system performance, and solve complex engineering challenges.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, scalable backend systems using Go
• Contribute to system architecture decisions and build robust, high-performance applications
• Identify bottlenecks, debug issues, and implement optimized solutions
• Work with databases (RDBMS and NoSQL) to ensure data integrity and performance
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and other teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Continuously improve system reliability, scalability, and maintainability
• Support and guide team members when needed, contributing to overall engineering excellence
  
  

• Hands-on experience in Golang with a strong understanding of backend development
• Experience building and scaling production-grade applications
• Solid knowledge of database systems, including relational and NoSQL databases
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and debugging skills
• Ability to work on system design and contribute to architectural decisions
• Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies
• Experience building systems from scratch is a plus
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
