Key Responsibilities

• Facilitation & Coaching: Guide teams in applying Agile/Scrum principles to complex oilfield service projects, ensuring alignment with operational safety and compliance standards.
• Sprint Management: Plan, facilitate, and track sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with drilling engineers, geoscientists, field supervisors, and IT teams to ensure deliverables meet both technical and operational requirements.
• Risk & Dependency Management: Identify and address delivery risks, especially those impacting field operations, HSE compliance, and equipment uptime.
• Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of learning, innovation, and process optimization in both digital and field execution contexts.
• Reporting: Provide transparent progress updates to leadership, integrating operational KPIs with agile metrics.

Work Experience

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Petroleum Engineering, or related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery, with at least 2 years in upstream oil & gas or oilfield services.
• Strong understanding of drilling, completions, production, or subsurface workflows.
• Familiarity with oilfield digitalization tools (e.g., real-time drilling data platforms, predictive maintenance systems).
• Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SCADA, IoT, and data analytics in oilfield operations.
• Ability to bridge technical and operational teams in remote or offshore environments.
