Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement SCADA system architecture, including design, configuration, and commissioning.
  • Lead instrumentation selection, specification, and layout in accordance with project and operational requirements.
  • Coordinate and integrate SCADA and instrumentation systems with electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Support system troubleshooting, testing, optimization, and performance improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, client specifications, and applicable codes.
  • Provide technical input during design reviews, value engineering, and project coordination meetings.
  • Support site activities, inspections, and commissioning as required.

This position is primarily based at the Corporate Office in Bengaluru; however, candidates must be willing to travel to project sites as required for field visits, coordination, inspections, and project monitoring.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BE / M.Tech) in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline

Additional Information

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in SCADA and instrumentation systems.
  • Proven experience in water supply systems, including monitoring, control, automation, or system integration is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working in consulting, engineering, or infrastructure project environments.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in relevant design and engineering tools, such as:
    • AutoCAD
    • Civil 3D
    • GIS (as applicable)
  • Strong understanding of industry standards, codes, and best practices related to SCADA and instrumentation.
  • Knowledge of system integration, data acquisition, control logic, and communication protocols is desirable.
