Job Title: SAP VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) Consultant

Position: Senior Software Engineer\SSE

Experience: 5- 10 Years

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in OpenText VIM implementation and support
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP ECC 6.0
• Good knowledge of IC4S configuration and invoice capture processes
• Strong functional knowledge in SAP FI/CO:
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• GL integration
• Tax configuration
• Vendor master data
• Experience in workflow configuration and troubleshooting

Technical Skills (Mandatory):

• Good knowledge of ABAP (debugging, user exits, BAdIs, enhancements)
• Ability to analyze technical logs and resolve VIM posting errors
• Experience with SAP transports and system landscapes (DEV, QA, PRD)

Your future duties and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and support OpenText VIM solutions integrated with SAP ECC
• Configure document types, DP workflows, approval processes, and exception handling
• Worked on VIM version upgrades and enhancements.
• Manage IC4S (Invoice Capture Center / Capture for SAP Solutions) integration
• Handle end-to-end invoice lifecycle from capture to posting
• Work closely with SAP FI/CO teams for Accounts Payable process alignment
• Perform system enhancements, workflow modifications, and issue resolution
• Support production issues, hyper care activities, and ongoing improvements
• Coordinate with business users, technical teams, and external vendors
• Participate in testing, deployment, and documentation activities
