Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Position Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP HR professional with strong expertise in SAP HCM/HR technical development, custom enhancements, interfaces, reports, forms, workflows, and payroll/time management integrations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP HR ABAP development and support projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and support SAP ABAP solutions in SAP HCM/HR modules.

Work on custom reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows.

Design and develop HR-specific objects such as:

Infotypes

Logical Databases (PNP/PNPCE)

Payroll clusters

Time evaluation reports

Develop:

ALV reports

SmartForms / SAP Scripts / Adobe Forms

BDC, BAPI, RFC, IDoc interfaces

OData services and APIs

Work with HR functional consultants for requirement gathering and solution design.

Handle support tickets, bug fixing, performance tuning, and production issues.

Participate in implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.

Create technical specifications and related documentation.

Ensure code quality, transport management, and SAP best practices.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Mandatory Requirements

8+ years of SAP ABAP experience with minimum 4+ years in SAP HR/HCM.

Strong hands-on development experience in SAP HR technical objects.

Experience in support and implementation projects.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently with onsite/offshore teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science / IT.

SAP certification in ABAP or HCM is preferred.

Exposure to SuccessFactors integrations is a plus.

Experience in S/4HANA migration projects is advantageous.
