Job Description

Reporting to the COE P2E Director, the Senior SAP Signavio Consultant to lead end-to-end business process transformation initiatives using the SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite. This role requires deep expertise in process modeling, analysis, optimization, and governance, coupled with strong SAP domain knowledge. The candidate should possess strong problem-solving and innovative thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP Signavio -related activities.
• Develop and implement best practices, standards, and guidelines for SAP Signavio processes.
• Lead business process analysis and design using SAP Signavio Process Manager, Journey Modeler, and Process Intelligence.
• Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams to capture and model current-state (“as-is”) and future-state (“to-be”) processes.
• Drive process discovery, performance benchmarking, and gap analysis.
• Collaborate with SAP S/4HANA teams to ensure process models align with system capabilities and best practices.
• Design and implement process governance frameworks leveraging Signavio Collaboration Hub.
• Integrate Signavio with SAP Solution Manager, ARIS, or other BPM tools as needed.
• Train stakeholders and champion adoption of business process best practices.
• Support enterprise-wide process transformation programs, especially during S/4HANA migrations.
• Present findings, KPIs, and recommendations to C-level and business leaders.
• Participate in global SAP transformation programs, supporting digital supply chain initiatives.
• Create detailed documentation including functional specs, test scripts, and user guides.
• Perform system enhancements, data migrations, and performance tuning.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior consultants and client teams.
• Oversee the SAP Signavio module during system upgrades, enhancements, and support packs.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement to enhance efficiency.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Manage up-to-date documentation for all SAP Signavio processes and configurations.
  
  

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in SAP (functional, technical, or business process roles).
• 3–5 years hands-on experience with SAP Signavio tools (Process Manager, Process Intelligence, Collaboration Hub, etc.)
• Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Plan to Execute, Hire-to-Retire, Record-to-Report, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0 standards and modeling best practices.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation projects is a plus.
• Excellent facilitation, documentation, and communication skills.
• SAP Signavio certification preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Prior experience in leading cross-functional teams and global rollouts.
• Strong skills in Excel (able to perform all basic functions such as Pivots, V-lookup, and formulas) are required.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills, are required.
• The ability to be adaptable, capable, self-motivated, and confident is required.
