• Lead and manage SAP Project Systems implementations, ensuring successful delivery within timelines.
• Configure SAP PS modules focusing on cost planning, budgeting, and project execution.

• Utilize SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models to improve project outcomes.

• Skills Required:
• Must-Have:
• Expertise in Financial Planning and Budgeting within SAP
• Hands-on experience with SAP Project Systems (PS)
• Proven experience in SAP implementations
• Strong understanding of project execution, cost planning, and reporting
• Experience using SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models
• Nice-to-Have:
• Knowledge of SAP FM (Funds Management), HR, and PP (Production Planning)
• Exposure to S/4HANA innovations in Project Systems
• Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills

Responsibilities

As a Manager, youll assist in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership and accelerators to differentiate KPMG in the ERP advisory market. These are shared with all KPMG market facing organizations to provide consistency and common platforms with which to go to market. A willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated to be up to 30%.

 People Management: Effectively lead the team with diverse skills and backgrounds and foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.

 Project Management: Participate in large scale SAP client engagements. Consistently deliver quality client services, driving high-quality work products within the expected timeframes and on budget. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure KPMG stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Manage expectations of client service delivery. Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the clients business. Should be a self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should be comfortable interfacing with a client on a daily basis. This role requires daily interaction with the client at many levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• SAP Certified Application Associate - Project Systems
• Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2)
