SAP HANA SCM IBP Specialist

Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead strategic initiatives within our IT Services division, specifically focusing on the SAP HANA Supply Chain Management (SCM) Integrated Business Planning (IBP) ecosystem. This pivotal role is designed for a candidate with 6 to 8 years of specialized experience who will drive the optimization of end-to-end supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical and functional bridge, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency across complex SAP landscapes. This position is critical for enhancing our demand and supply planning capabilities, directly impacting our organizations agility and responsiveness in a dynamic market environment.

Responsibilities

Architect and manage the integration architecture connecting SAP S/4HANA, legacy SAP ECC systems, and the SAP IBP platform to ensure data consistency and real-time visibility.
Lead the configuration, customization, and continuous improvement of Demand Planning and Supply Planning modules within the SAP IBP environment.
Execute complex data migration strategies and validate the integrity of master and transactional data across the SAP HANA SCM landscape.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions that streamline supply chain operations.
Provide expert guidance on best practices for SAP IBP implementation, including forecasting algorithms, inventory optimization, and scenario planning.
Troubleshoot and resolve high-priority technical issues related to SAP integrations and planning applications to minimize operational downtime.
Develop comprehensive documentation and training materials to support knowledge transfer and user adoption of new planning tools.

Requirements

Requirements:

Possess a minimum of 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience within the IT Services sector, with a strong focus on SAP supply chain solutions.
Demonstrate deep expertise in SAP HANA SCM, specifically in the areas of SAP IBP, Demand Planning, and Supply Planning.
Proven track record of successfully managing integrations between SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and SAP IBP systems.
Strong technical acumen regarding SAP HANA architecture and its application in supply chain management contexts.
Ability to analyze complex business processes and design robust technical solutions that align with organizational goals.
Excellent communication skills with the capacity to engage effectively with both technical teams and business leadership.
Professional certification in SAP HANA SCM or related modules is highly preferred.

Compensation

Competitive salary package ranging up to ₹19 LPA, commensurate with experience and expertise.
