The Role

Lead SAP GRC Access Control activities, including ARA, ARM, EAM, and BRM, while performing Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and supporting remediation efforts. Support user access reviews, firefighter access management, and compliance monitoring, and collaborate closely with SAP Security, Basis, and functional teams to ensure role governance and access compliance. Assist with internal and external audit requirements by providing necessary compliance evidence, and participate in risk assessments with recommendations for mitigation controls. Drive governance standards, compliance policies, and best practices across SAP systems, while supporting implementation, enhancement, and upgrade activities related to SAP GRC solutions. Coordinate with business and technical teams for issue resolution and compliance alignment, prepare compliance reports, dashboards, and management updates, and mentor junior team members by providing SME-level guidance on SAP GRC processes.

Required Skills And Experience

• 8+ years of SAP GRC/SAP Security experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with : SAP GRC Access Control , ARA (Access Risk Analysis) , ARM (Access Request Management) , EAM (Emergency Access Management) , BRM (Business Role Management)
• Strong understanding of SAP Security concepts and authorization design.
• Experience supporting SOX and compliance-driven environments.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and Fiori security concepts.
• Experience working with auditors and compliance teams.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  
  

Preferred Skills And Experience

• SAP GRC certification preferred.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Exposure to cloud and hybrid SAP environments is a plus.
• Experience in regulated enterprise environments.
