YOUR ROLE

Although no two days at Accenture are the same, as Intelligence and Insights Platform Automation LLM Engineer in our Talent & Organization (T&O) practice, a typical day might include: This role operates at the intersection of Data Science, Software Engineering, Cloud Platform Engineering, and Responsible AI governance, and goes beyond pure LLM feature development.

• Fetching secondary data & research information from various sources and analyzing it to better understand organization related metrics
• Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
• Build out data mockups to test the prescriptive analytics hypothesis
• Working knowledge on development, deployment and prototyping platform & insight solutions to improve the product landscape
• Working with cloud platforms and services for GenAI development, such as Azure for using OpenAI models
  
• Design LLM orchestration workflows using Azure OpenAI with strict prompts, structured outputs, agent chaining, and cost control.
• Implement vector retrieval and grounding using vector DB to support LLM-based insights.
• Hands on experience with Machine Learning Algorithm, supervised and unsupervised modelling, classification, regression and NLP techniques such as sentiment analysis and entity detection
• Run numeric simulations leveraging statistic techniques such as self-organizing maps, boosting methods, support vector machines neural network etc.
• Perform custom analytics to deliver insight to clients and present results to non-technical stakeholders in a clear manner
• Understand framework design organizational concepts and linking analytics results with Behavioral Science or Industrial and Organizational Psychology related concepts
• Contribute to innovation and new product development in the people and organization analytics space
  
  

Required Experience/ Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Computational Science/ Data Engineering/ Statistical Model Development with LLM based model exposure
• Experience with Azure-based Data and AI services such as Azure OpenAI, Azure Translator, and Cosmos DB, including rate limits, retries, and cost awareness.
• Data fluency and working knowledge of using LLMs and machine learning models
  
  
  

Exposure to data engineering & hands-on experience with APIs. Writing SQL query would be an add on

• Design and operate multi-stage, idempotent analytics pipelines for multilingual organizational data.
• Perform advanced data wrangling and quality control using Python (pandas), including encoding normalization, deduplication, deterministic batching, and chunking/reassembly with provenance tracking.
• Generally curious & has a knack for solving ambiguous problems. Able to think critically & out-of-the box.
• Self-learners with conceptual clarity with fundamentals of statistics
