Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce professional to support and enhance two Salesforce environments -one using legacy Steelbrick CPQ and another using Salesforce Revenue Cloud. The role covers application support, integrations, quoting and renewals, Agent force and production issue resolution. The ideal candidate has strong Salesforce technical skills (Apex, Triggers, Workflow/Automation, LWC, SOQL/SOSL) combined with solid knowledge of quote-to-cash, renewals, upsell and cross-sell processes. The role requires strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management and the ability to deliver sustainable solutions that reduce production incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain Salesforce orgs across Steel brick CPQ and Revenue Cloud
  • Troubleshoot and support integrations with Oracle HCM, NetSuite and Plivo Dialer
  • Support Conga and DocuSign document generation and e-signature processes
  • Support quoting, renewals, upsell, cross-sell and Agentforce capabilities
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce CPQ components including Price Rules, Product Rules, Product Bundles and Discount Schedules
  • Troubleshoot production, authentication, integration, and application; perform root-cause analysis and drive permanent fixes
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues within SLAs
  • Build reports/dashboards and perform data corrections and bulk updates using Data Loader
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and reduced manual effort
  • Monitor potential service disruptions and proactively communicate impact and workarounds
  • Document technical solutions, processes, and controls for long-term support
  • Review Apex/custom logic and debug logs to identify dependencies and resolve issues

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of Salesforce development and application support experience
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, Triggers, Workflow/Automation, LWC, SOQL/SOSL
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) and Revenue Cloud
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and enterprise platforms such as Oracle HCM, NetSuite, and telephony systems
  • Experience with Conga and DocuSign
  • Strong understanding of quoting, renewals, upsell and cross-sell processes
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Experience with reports, dashboards, Data Loader and bulk data operations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud, Agent force Specialise, or Administrator
  • Experience with Agent force/Salesforce AI agents
  • L2/L3 enterprise SaaS application support experience
  • Experience with renewal and subscription management
  • Experience working with distributed and global teams
