The vision of Smart-commerce team is to digitize brand owners and selling partner by providing a suite of product offerings across the business's lifecycle. Smart Commerce has a suite of SaaS offerings : Smartbiz (website builder) enabling D2C brands to create and manage their webstore using this product, Smarthub (multichannel OMS) which enable sellers to fulfill orders on multiple marketplaces and DTC websites from one panel and Buy with Amazon (BWA) which is checkout product on D2C websites to aid conversion and reduce RTO.

Key job responsibilities

We're looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist to own relationships with our D2C brands, drive adoption of our end to end SaaS solutions, and ensure customer success.

• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and cold outreach to deal closure.
• Drive product adoption and usage metrics across accounts
• Work closely with brands to improve early success on our platform
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding and support.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and D2C ecosystem .
• Data-driven approach to problem-solving
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience
• Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience meeting revenue targets and quotas
• Experience in e-commerce
• Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization
