Prospect and secure new B2B customers across assigned territories through targeted outreach, cold calling, and field visits.
Manage full sales cycle: qualify leads, present solutions, run demos, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals to meet revenue targets.
Execute and coordinate local marketing activities—email campaigns, events, and regional digital campaigns—to generate qualified leads and nurture pipeline.
Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in CRM; produce weekly sales reports and forecasts for leadership review.
Collaborate with product, operations, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and upsell opportunities post-sale.
Represent the company at trade shows, customer meetings, and regional events; gather market insights to inform go-to-market strategy.

Qualifications
Proven track record in field or inside sales with demonstrable quota attainment (B2B preferable).
Comfortable with frequent travel across assigned territories in India.
Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred; strong commercial acumen and basic understanding of aviation or enterprise software is a plus.
