About The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to drive business growth across industrial manufacturing sectors. This role is ideal for professionals with experience selling industrial products, machinery, engineering solutions, manufacturing equipment, machine components, OEM products, or automation systems.
You will work closely with manufacturing companies to understand their production challenges and recommend advanced machinery solutions that improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales Growth
- Identify and acquire new customers across manufacturing, automotive, fabrication, engineering, metal processing, industrial production, and OEM sectors.
- Generate business opportunities through direct sales, industrial networking, references, and market development activities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Technical & Solution-Based Selling
- Understand customer manufacturing processes and production requirements.
- Recommend suitable industrial machinery and automation solutions based on customer needs.
- Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial discussions.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with plant heads, procurement teams, production managers, factory owners, and decision-makers.
- Maintain regular engagement with existing customers to identify repeat business and upselling opportunities.
Channel & Dealer Development
- Develop and support dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks.
- Drive partner performance and market penetration across assigned territories.
Sales Operations & Reporting
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate forecasting through CRM systems.
- Track opportunities from lead generation to closure.
- Submit regular sales reports, market intelligence, and competitor analysis.
Market Expansion
- Identify emerging industries, applications, and geographical markets for business growth.
- Participate in industrial exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer events.

- Fluency in English and Hindi; regional language proficiency will be an advantage
