Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and drive sales strategies for the CASA-RL SALES division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management and a deep understanding of the banking industry.

As the Sales Manager for CASA-RL SALES, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sales plans to achieve business targets. You will lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and maintaining a deep understanding of market trends and competitor activities.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing effective guidance and performance management.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and revenue goals.
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the banking industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to make informed sales decisions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and cross-selling opportunities.
Provide regular sales reports and analytics to the management, highlighting key performance indicators.
Mentor and train sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in sales techniques.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies in the banking sector.
Represent the bank at industry events and conferences to promote the brand and establish new connections.

Qualifications

A bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record in the banking industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
Deep understanding of sales strategies and techniques, including sales forecasting and pipeline management.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
