About the role

The Sales Development Representative role at Fibr AI is a foundational role within our sales function. As an SDR, you will be the tip of the spear connecting with prospective enterprise customers via outbound activity and uncovering new sales opportunities for our Sales team. You will be on the front lines every day, making cold calls and sending emails, so you must be comfortable talking to strangers, addressing questions and objections, effectively introducing prospects to our product and value proposition, and ultimately building our sales pipeline.

What you will work on

• Work as part of the outbound team to generate new leads and sales opportunities in enterprise segments (banking, financial services, healthcare, telecom, and high-traffic consumer brands).
• Identify and engage prospective customers CMOs, growth leaders, digital and performance marketing teams via research and targeted outbound efforts.
• Perform pre-qualification calls with prospective customers before passing qualified opportunities to our Account Executives.
• Capture business intelligence from prospects directly (by phone or email) or indirectly (via online research) to arm our Sales team for success.
• Follow up with Marketing-generated leads to qualify them as sales opportunities; move solid leads through the funnel by connecting them to a salesperson and arranging meetings.
• Personalize outreach at scale after all, personalization is what we sell. Your messaging should reflect it.

Preferred experience

• 1+ year in lead generation and/or inside sales experience in a SaaS company (martech, adtech, or CRO/experimentation tools a strong plus)
• Experience selling to US/international markets and comfort working across time zones
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Experience with Apollo
