Sales Development Representative (SDR) – IT Services & Ecommerce

(ANZ Market)

Location: India (Australia business hours)

Role Snapshot

Quota-driven outbound SDR selling IT services, software engineering, and ecommerce solutions into Australia & New Zealand.

Target (Non-Negotiable)

  • 70 outbound calls per day
  • Daily LinkedIn outreach + follow-ups
  • 20 prospect responses per month
  • 8 qualified meetings per month

What You’ll Do

  • Cold call ANZ decision-makers
  • LinkedIn + email follow-ups
  • Use AI & tools (Clay, Apollo, Sales Navigator) for research and personalization
  • Book meetings and maintain CRM hygiene
  • Leverage AI-driven prospecting and outreach tools to enhance lead qualification, personalization, and conversion rates

Must Have

What we’re looking for

  • Strong English & phone confidence
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound
  • Willing to work Australia hours
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI-assisted sales tools (for messaging, sequencing, or research) and ability to use them effectively in outbound workflows

Nice To Have

  • Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento exposure
  • Retail / ecommerce demand generation experience
  • IT services or software engineering familiarity

Success = 70+ calls/day | 8 qualified meetings/month
