About The Role

Experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance (RTR) Lead having strong background & expertise in implementation, support, and rollout projects across Financial Accounting and integrations. Strong background in FI configuration, system integrations, and end-to-end finance processes, with proven leadership in delivering scalable solutions across global environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) implementations, support, and rollout projects across retail and enterprise environments.
• Drive project execution, planning, and governance, ensuring timely delivery, risk management, and alignment with business objectives. Should be aware of the various project management methodologies like Agile and Waterfall
• Oversee financial processes including period-end closing, revaluation, legal and group valuation, and financial reporting using Embedded Analytics.
• Ensure seamless integration with third-party applications such as financial consolidation, procurement, expense management, and tax systems & basic understanding of OneSource
• Lead requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional specifications and technical user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with development teams for RICEFW objects, enhancements, and interfaces; support unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ensure quality and compliance of change requests through tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, QTM & PLM tools used in service management
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure timely delivery of enhancements and change requests.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and business partners, ensuring effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Able to mobilize the team, manage and mentor members, and ensure effective coordination and delivery.
  
  

Required Skills

• +12 years of experience in RTR (Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) modules)
• Proficiency in AR, GL, banking, and financial reporting processes
• Knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles
• Experience with third-party integrations
• Strong project management skills with the ability to drive change, transformation, and stakeholder alignment
• Strong testing, change management, and documentation practices
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Leadership and team management capabilities
  
  

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications Preferred For This Position.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering in any other stream
• Experience in global template rollouts
• Experience in global rollout and transformation programs
• Familiarity with integration tools and middleware platforms
• Proven experience in managing large, cross-functional teams
