Monitor and ensure the availability of production systems in alignment with defined service level agreements.

Drive the resolution of incidents and outages, ensuring effective communication throughout the process.

Facilitate the restoration of services to the production environment, maintaining a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.

Establish and uphold disaster recovery procedures while ensuring data retention practices are followed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and operational processes.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Intermediate proficiency in Service Desk Management.

Intermediate proficiency in Service Desk Voice Support.

A minimum of 7+ year of experience in relevant related skills.

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
