Ensure production systems are available and operating according to defined service level agreements.

Drive the resolution of incidents and outages while maintaining clear communication throughout the process.

Facilitate the restoration of services to the production environment promptly and efficiently.

Establish and maintain disaster recovery procedures to safeguard operational continuity.

Oversee data retention practices to ensure compliance and reliability.

HERES WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Beginner proficiency in Service Desk Management.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant related skills.

Bachelors Degree in relevant field of studies.
