Key Responsibilities

• Ensure end-to-end verification coverage to confirm correct implementation of functional and safety requirements
• Review, update, and maintain verification test procedures and test scenarios aligned with system and signalling requirements
• Plan and execute system verification activities for Metro Signalling Systems, ensuring compliance with defined specifications and standards
• Perform test execution, result analysis, and defect identification, including detailed debugging and root cause analysis
• Generate and maintain Verification Reports, including System Operation & Performance Test Reports (safety, robustness, endurance, redundancy, etc.)
• Ensure traceability between requirements and verification evidence (RTM management)
• Drive verification efficiency with a focus on zero rework and proactive identification of dependencies and risks
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve complex verification issues and improve methodologies
• Lead or participate in technical discussions with customers related to verification scope, results, and compliance
• Provides technical input to or provides required documentation as needed per assigned procedure, process and activity being performed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, integration, validation) to ensure timely and quality delivery of verification milestones
• Support continuous improvement of verification processes, tools, and practices
  
  

Knowledge & Experience

• 4-5 years of Signaling experience
• Technical expertise in functional area
• Exhibited leadership in directing the activities of others in area of specialization
• Degree in Electrical engineering or Electronics Engineering
• V&V Lifecycle
• Should have worked on any of the system type - ERTMS / CBTC/ Fixed Block Systems
• Knowledge of CENELEC standards or its equivalent.

Work Experience

• Possess advance working knowledge in signalling and more importantly in the following areas:
• Demonstrated expertise in system verification and validation activities
• Good understanding of the CBTC system and the system architecture.
• Knowledge of quality processes. Familiarity with the design, hardware and software of systems and sub-systems
