Risk Analyst

The Opportunity

Commvault is looking for a Risk Analyst to join our Global Security organization and support the growth of Commvault's risk management and resilience program. In this role, you will help identify, assess, monitor, and report on risks across cybersecurity, operational, regulatory, third-party, and business domains.

What You’ll Do…

• Support risk assessments and risk analysis activities.
• Maintain risk registers and supporting documentation.
• Review and manage risk exception requests.
• Track risk remediation activities and mitigation plans.
• Prepare risk reporting, dashboards, and metrics for leadership.
• Support risk governance and reporting activities for senior leadership.
• Support cyber risk, third-party risk, and operational risk initiatives.
• Analyze emerging risks and trends impacting the organization.
• Support business continuity and resilience activities.
• Maintain risk data within GRC and risk management platforms.
• Partner with Security, Compliance, Engineering, Product, Legal, and business teams.
  
  

Who you are?

• Bachelor’s degree in risk management, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in risk management, cybersecurity, compliance, audit, or GRC functions.
• Familiarity with risk frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27005, FAIR, COSO, and related risk management methodologies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Archer, Vanta, Audit Board, or similar platforms preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as Security+, CRISC, CISA, or similar are a plus.
