Key Responsibilities

• Experienced Rotating Equipment Engineer with strong practical problem-solving skills polished within highly regulated industries.
• Hands on experience with conditioned based monitoring for the live assets and able to analyse the probability of causes.
• Strong work ethic and fully committed to Health Safety and Environmental principles.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and develop relationships both internally and externally and at all levels.
• Proven track record of basic design, detailed engineering and activities relating to project execution of Oil and Gas new build and aftermarket services.
• Experience with Rotating equipment and in particular for refinery, petrochemical and cryogenic projects.
• Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads and frequent changes in priorities.
• Experienced in FAT, SAT, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operation, support and trouble shooting.
• Expert in developing and endorsing machinery selection/application and sizing studies for major rotating and static equipment such as fired heaters, distillation columns, compressors and pumps with large prime movers - gas turbines, steam turbines and motors.
• Extensive experience in online monitoring and diagnostic software solutions.
• Experienced in detailed design, specifications, technical bid evaluations, due-diligence studies, and owner’s Engineer consulting work. Good organizational team-building, training, communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of developing predictive analytics models for Pumps, Boilers, Gas & Steam Turbines, Transformers, Centrifugal Fans & Compressors, Heat exchangers etc.
• Experience of Predictive Analytics & its success stories.
• Development of problem centric Advance pattern recognition (APR) models of addressing the pain areas of various plants, COG etc.
• System and process level diagnostics for Occurrence Analysis (Trip Out analysis) & focus on timely implementation of Corrective Action/Preventive Action (CAPA).

Work Experience

Masters or BS degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or the equivalent

Ideally will have knowledge of AVEVA APA software or Competitive offerings
