Job Description:

We are looking for a Regulatory Assistant / Assistant Quality Analyst with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in FSSAI food regulations for the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review product formulations as per FSSAI regulations
• Conduct raw material review and ensure compliance
• Ensure product compliance with Indian food regulatory standards
• Support licensing and registration activities
• Assist in artwork review of food & beverage products
• Maintain regulatory documentation and records
  
  

• 3–4 years of experience in FSSAI food regulation
• Strong understanding of Indian food compliance norms
• Experience in product formulation & raw material review
• Knowledge of food labeling and artwork compliance
• Prior experience in FMCG or food manufacturing industry (preferred)
  
  

• Relevant qualification in Food Technology / Food Science / Quality / Regulatory Affairs
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
