Job description Lenovo Account: APAC Account Director (Hybrid – 3:2) Position Title: APAC Account Director Position Overview The APAC Account Director will serve as the primary relationship manager and strategic leader for a key client portfolio across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. Based in Bangalore, the role is responsible for building and maintaining strong client partnerships, overseeing service delivery excellence, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure client objectives are achieved. Success in this position requires exceptional account management, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills. Portfolio Details: This role oversees an APAC portfolio consisting of approximately portfolio size, 1.4 million sqft (only 277k sqft is IFM managed), covering 44 sites across 11 countries, with an overall team of 35 members. Success in this position requires exceptional account management, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the principal point of contact for the client’s leadership team across APAC.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of client needs, business drivers, and strategic objectives.
  • Foster long-term, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders at both local and regional levels. Account Leadership
  • Lead and inspire a diverse, distributed team across multiple countries and service lines.
  • Ensure alignment between service delivery and client expectations.
  • Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and best practice adoption within the account. Service Excellence & Performance
  • Oversee the delivery of contracted services, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Track account performance, prepare reports, and present insights to stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and resolve service delivery issues; implement corrective actions as needed. Financial & Commercial Management
  • Manage the account P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and service expansion.
  • Ensure all commercial obligations are met in accordance with client and company policies. Team Development & Leadership
  • Mentor and develop account team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Set clear objectives, monitor progress, and facilitate professional development. Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in client relationship/account management within corporate real estate or professional services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success managing large, multi-country accounts across APAC.
  • Strong leadership, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Superior communication (written and verbal) and presentation abilities.
