The Recruiter is a trusted hiring partner responsible for leading complex or high-impact searches across multiple geographies and functions. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing hiring strategies, mentoring peers, and contributing to broader Talent Acquisition (TA) programs and initiatives. The Recruiter demonstrates deep domain knowledge of assigned business units and recruiting tools including AI-powered sourcing and screening platforms. They are recognized for their consultative influence, operational consistency, and commitment to process improvement, leveraging data-driven insights from AI tools to optimize hiring outcomes. They explore and champion new AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency, candidate quality, and overall TA effectiveness, while ensuring responsible and ethical use of these technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor for hiring managers and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) for complex, urgent, or high-visibility searches.
  • Lead the development and execution of hiring strategies tailored to business needs, ensuring alignment with workforce planning and organizational goals.
  • Facilitate strategic intake meetings, ensuring clarity on role requirements, candidate profiles, and pitch alignment to attract top talent.
  • Apply a deep understanding of recruiting AI tools, sourcing channels, and market intelligence to drive effective talent pipelines.
  • Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) hiring frameworks, integrating best practices into every stage of the recruitment process.
  • Analyze and diagnose recruitment funnel metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Mentor and coach junior recruiters, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the team.
  • Lead and contribute to TA programs and initiatives, including process optimization, AI technology adoption, and knowledge sharing in team forums.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally in high-visibility and sensitive scenarios, representing the TA function with credibility and influence.
  • Drive operational consistency by adhering to and enhancing recruitment processes, documentation, and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support workforce planning, talent mapping, and succession planning efforts.

Qualifications

  • Overall 5 years of relevant experience in hiring from software product organizations.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a track record of success in complex or high-impact searches across multiple geographies or functions.
  • Deep domain knowledge of assigned business units, industry trends, and recruiting technologies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in workforce planning, DEI hiring frameworks, and recruitment funnel diagnostics.
  • Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence and advise hiring teams and HRBPs at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience handling high-visibility, urgent, or sensitive hiring scenarios.
  • Experience mentoring and developing junior recruiters; active contributor to team knowledge sharing and best practice forums.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive process improvements.
  • High degree of operational discipline, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred; advanced certifications in Talent Acquisition or HR are a plus.
