As we expand our portfolio of large-scale volunteering events, employee engagement activations, and flagship client experiences, we're looking for an experienced Event Production Manager to own execution of our most strategic events across the United States.

About The Role

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help build and scale Goodera's global host community.

In this role, you'll own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for our host network—from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and ensuring hosts are event-ready. You'll work closely with the Host Community team to understand regional hiring needs, build talent pipelines, and ensure we always have the right hosts available to support our growing global operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys high-volume hiring, building relationships, improving hiring processes, and working in a fast-paced, global environment.

What You'll Do

• End-to-End Recruitment
• Own the complete recruitment lifecycle for assigned geographies.
• Source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and community outreach.
• Screen candidates to assess communication skills, professionalism, and role fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Drive hiring against monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
• Host Onboarding
• Coordinate onboarding activities for newly hired hosts.
• Ensure documentation, contracts, and profile creation are completed accurately.
• Partner with the Host Community team to ensure every new hire is event-ready within defined SLAs.
• Track onboarding progress and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
• Talent Pipeline Management
• Build and maintain talent pools across multiple geographies.
• Forecast hiring needs with business stakeholders.
• Maintain an active pipeline for priority markets.
• Re-engage strong candidates for future hiring needs.
• Hiring Operations
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting.
• Track hiring funnel metrics, conversion rates, and time-to-hire.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve hiring efficiency and quality.
• Employer Branding
• Represent Goodera professionally throughout the hiring process.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first interaction through onboarding.
• Help strengthen Goodera's employer brand across global talent markets.
  

• 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting.
• Experience managing end-to-end hiring.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with hiring metrics and recruitment dashboards.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience recruiting for global teams or international markets will be a strong advantage.
