Job Description
We are part of the Product & Engineering, Subscriber Signaling and Policy - Registers team. We are focused on building our understanding in Subscriber Data Management, protocols, latest cloud & SW technologies, and awareness of product aspects like performance/footprint, ease of use, robustness, security and the like. We are pragmatic in our approach & we believe that technologies should, at the end sub serve the cause of building great products. We try our best to look ahead and uncover opportunities.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Experience in - Cloud Infrastructure (OpenStack/VMware), & cloud native technologies – Docker & Kubernetes, Helm, Ansible, Envoy/Istio.
- Proven exposure of protocol functional tests, automation and to performance/Load and Stress tests/tools.
- Python and shell scripting knowledge
- Core Network element knowledge is desired (e.g.: any of AAA, HSS, etc)
- Working knowledge on secure protocols ( TLS/DTLS/SSH ), Encryption methodology, Ciphers etc
Key Skills And Experience
You have:
- 10+years Cloud Infrastructure (Openstack/VMware), & cloud native technologies
- Ready to digest 3GPP specifications and RFCs.
- Domain & Protocol knowledge in the areas of DIAMETER (including IMS, VoLTE interfaces) and Radius protocol knowledge.
- Work experience on test automation involving ROBOT framework.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Strong analytical and debugging skills on Linux platform.
- Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
- Team Player, Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision
