Summary:

As a Quality Engineering Architect, a typical day involves designing and implementing comprehensive testing frameworks that span the entire software development lifecycle. This role requires envisioning innovative testing solutions and integrating cutting-edge tools to enhance quality assurance processes. The position also includes providing strategic guidance to ensure testing architectures align with organizational goals, fostering collaboration across various teams to drive continuous improvement in quality engineering practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
  • Lead the development and implementation of scalable testing strategies that support evolving project requirements.
  • Mentor and support junior team members to build their technical capabilities and promote knowledge sharing.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging testing technologies and methodologies to recommend improvements.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of quality objectives with business needs.


Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter QA.
  • Strong expertise in designing and executing automated and manual test cases within complex software environments.
  • Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems to ensure thorough documentation and reporting.
  • Ability to analyze system requirements and translate them into effective test plans and strategies.
  • Skilled in performance testing and identifying bottlenecks to enhance application reliability and efficiency.
  • Competence in collaborating with development teams to integrate quality assurance processes into continuous integration and delivery pipelines.


Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter QA.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
