We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Solutions Developer to join our data team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Power BI, solid knowledge of Qlik Sense, and strong technical capabilities in SQL, Python, and Databricks. You will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Data Bricks schemas and ETLs to support business needs.
• Build and optimize data models in Power BI using DAX and Power Query (M).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
• Develop and maintain Qlik Sense applications as needed for legacy or parallel reporting environments.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources.
• Utilize Python for data processing, automation, and advanced analytics tasks.
• Work with Databricks to manage and process large datasets, build pipelines, and integrate with BI tools.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across all BI solutions.
• Participate in data governance and quality initiatives.
• Provide support and training to business users on BI tools and reports.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Power BI (minimum 2 years and Maximum 3 years), including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Working knowledge of Qlik Sense and its scripting environment.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
• Good understanding of Python, especially for data manipulation and automation.
• Familiarity with Databricks and its integration with BI platforms.
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP - a big advantage.
• Experience working with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
