Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Test Manager to lead integration testing across large-scale ERP transformation programmes. This role requires deep expertise in managing complex data migration cycles, MDM schema validation, and supply chain planning system testing within multi-origin environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute end-to-end test strategies across concurrent ERP programmes
• Lead offshore QA teams through integration, system, and UAT phases
• Manage testing for MDM schema evolution and cross-system data integrity
• Oversee validation of planning configurations (o9 or similar platforms)
• Coordinate UAT across distributed teams with overlapping release schedules
• Drive defect management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder reporting
  

• 12+ years in QA/Test Management with ERP programmes
• Strong experience with ERP systems (FlexPLM, Microsoft AX, SAP S/4HANA)
• Hands-on expertise in integration testing and data migration validation
• Experience with supply chain planning tools (o9 preferred)
• Proven ability to manage large offshore teams
• Strong stakeholder management and programme coordination skills
  

• Experience in manufacturing or supply chain domains
• Exposure to MDM tools and data governance frameworks
• Familiarity with Agile/Hybrid delivery models
