Role Summary

We’re looking for a “Guardian of Quality” , a tech-driven leader who ensures our software is fast, secure, and reliable, while embedding quality as a core habit across the team. This role goes beyond testing and takes ownership of the organisations entire quality culture. It demands hands-on leadership, deep technical expertise, and a strong bias for action.

Technical Expertise

AI-Driven Testing : Testim, Mabl, Functionize, Diffblue, Applitools

Observability & Monitoring: Datadog, Splunk, Grafana, New Relic

Collaboration & Reporting : JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, Power BI

Performance & Security : JMeter, Gatling, k6, OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite, Snyk

Automation & Testing : Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, Postman, RestAssured, Cucumber

CI/CD & Infrastructure : Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes

Minimum Qualifications

12–15+ years in Quality Assurance / Quality Engineering

4–6+ years leading QA teams at scale

Data & Model Quality

Metrics, Observability & Continuous Improvement

Process Governance & Compliance

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI/ML systems or LLM platforms

Understanding of model evaluation metrics (Precision, Recall, F1, ROC)

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Strong exposure to microservices and distributed systems

Relevant certifications (ISTQB Advanced, CSTE, Cloud/DevOps)
