Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Position Description: We are looking for an experienced Performance Testing Lead + SAP to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Define performance testing strategy. Plan and oversee performance test execution. Analyze test results and identify bottlenecks. Coordinate tuning activities. Provide non‑functional readiness sign‑off
• Key Skills
• Performance & load testing. BI/reporting performance validation. Analytical & documentation skills .
• Lead end-to-end performance testing activities for SAP applications such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BW, SAP Fiori, SAP PI/PO, and SAP CRM.
• Design and implement performance test strategies, plans, and execution approaches.
• Analyze business requirements and convert them into workload models and performance test scenarios.
• Develop and execute load, stress, endurance, scalability, and volume testing.
• Work with cross-functional teams including SAP functional consultants, BASIS teams, infrastructure teams, and developers.
  
  

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience in SAP performance testing.
• Hands-on expertise with tools such as -LoadRunner, JMeter.
  
  

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD integration.
