Proposal Writer

We are looking for a skilled Proposal Writer to manage end-to-end RFX responses for public and private sector clients. The ideal candidate will combine strong writing, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills to deliver compelling, compliant, and high-quality proposals.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.
• 4-6 years of proposal writing experience.
• Experience writing responses for SaaS solutions.
• Strong project management, communication, and technical writing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience with Loopio, Responsive, Qvidian, or Salesforce is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage RFP/RFQ/RFX response processes from planning to submission.
• Develop, tailor, and edit persuasive proposal content.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams.
• Ensure proposal compliance, accuracy, and adherence to requirements.
• Coordinate subject matter experts and manage proposal timelines.
• Conduct proposal reviews, revisions, and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain and enhance proposal content libraries (e.g., Loopio).
