Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager with PMP and Scrum certifications to lead cloud-based software development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing Agile teams, ensuring high-quality software delivery, and overseeing testing and deployment on cloud platforms. Additionally, the candidate should be adept at leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) tools to optimize project management processes, improve productivity, and drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud-based software development projects.
• Manage Agile/Scrum teams and ensure effective execution of sprints and releases.
• Drive scrum ceremonies including daily standup, sprint planning, and release planning.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure adherence to Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile best practices.
• Drive software quality by overseeing test strategy, test execution, and defect resolution.
• Ensure comprehensive software testing (manual and automated) is implemented and tracked.
• Oversee and coordinate deployment of applications on cloud platforms (AWS).
• Work with the team to implement and monitor CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable releases.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues; implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to align on goals and deliverables.
• Use Generative AI tools to:
• Automate project documentation, reporting, and status updates.
• Enhance sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and effort estimation.
• Improve risk analysis and predictive insights.
• Optimize team productivity and communication workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes using data and AI insights.
  

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification – required.
• Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) – required.
• 5–8+ years of experience in project management within software development environments.
• Proven experience leading cloud-based software development teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
  
  

• Basic understanding of cloud platforms, especially AWS.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment practices.
• Familiarity with software testing methodologies, QA processes, and automation tools.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Rally, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet).
• Basic knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• Experience or familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) applied in project management or software development workflows.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Adaptability to evolving technologies, including AI-driven tools.
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and delivery.
• Experience managing distributed or global teams.
