Project Lead - Python Selenium BTR

Job Summary

AlgoShack is seeking an experienced Project Lead to manage and drive end-to-end delivery of testing and quality engineering engagements. The role will focus on automation and non-functional testing initiatives, ensuring high-quality outcomes in regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project delivery across automation and non-functional testing streams
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
• Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure milestone adherence
• Ensure timely delivery with high quality, following defined processes
• Coordinate with QA, development, DevOps, and business stakeholders
• Review test strategies, execution reports, automation and NFT outcomes
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery efficiency and quality
• Mentor team members and conduct regular reviews
• Ensure compliance with regulated and audit-driven environments
  
  

• 5–7 years of experience in software testing / quality engineering
• 1–2 years in Project Lead / Test Lead / Delivery Lead role
• Strong understanding of automation and non-functional testing methodologies
• Hands-on exposure to Python, Selenium, and API testing
• Experience in test planning, execution, reporting, and metrics
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with Agile / Scrum models
  
  

• Experience in Healthcare / Medical Device domain
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation integration
• Understanding of performance / non-functional testing aspects
