Job Role Vision

Responsible for deploying technology solutions and maintenance of client programs. The Project Coordinator is expected to support the project manager during client program launnches and maintenance of programs on daily basis.

Job Description

• Support the project manager during project implementations
• To coordinate between client and internal tech teams during new client install and integration
• Liaison between different internal teams for project delivery, ongoing support and maintenance
• Perform the role of a platform administrator, configuring programs, promotions and ongoing management of client programs
• To help in creating process documents and requirement templates
  
  

• Experience working on technology platforms
• Experience working and creating MIS reports
• The successful candidate should have 3 plus years’ experience in project implementation & support
• Should have experience working with different teams during project maintenance & support
• Ability to manage a demanding workload, balance multiple tasks and switch gears while maintaining priorities
• Negotiation skills and an ability to handle chaos
  
  

• A degree is required, preferably in IT

• Excellent communication skills; speaking, writing, listening. Articulate and persuasive; can communicate difficult and complex matters in a straightforward, transparent manner
• Strong analytical and detailed planning skills
• Ability to maintain professionalism and honesty while building credibility, trust, and respect with both internal and external teams
• Ability to grasp concepts quickly, think beyond traditional methods to exceed client’s expectations
• Proactive and self-motivated
