Project Coordinator

Job Description

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of solar power projects (rooftop / ground-mounted / utility scale). The role requires coordination between engineering, procurement, site teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in project scheduling and milestone tracking
• Prepare project plans using MS Project / Primavera (if applicable)
• Track DPR, BOQ, and engineering approvals
• Monitor project progress and report deviations
• Coordinate across internal teams (engineering, procurement, finance, execution) and external vendors to enable seamless site execution and timely deliverables.
• Prepare and present monthly Project Status Reports, Budget Monitoring Reports (BMR), and performance dashboards for top management review.
  
  

Requirements

Technical Skills:

• Good understanding of Solar PV systems (modules, inverters, transformers, HT/LT panels)
• Knowledge of EPC project lifecycle
• Familiarity with drawings (SLD, layout, earthing diagrams)
• MS Excel (Advanced), MS Project
• Basic understanding of grid connectivity & commissioning process

Education Requirements

• Education: MBA with PMP Certification.
• Experience: 5-10 years (min) in Solar or Renewable industry of large-scale projects
