As a Program or Project Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires defining the scope of projects clearly and continuously tracking the progress of deliverables to maintain momentum and quality. The position demands active communication with various stakeholders to align expectations, address challenges promptly, and ensure successful outcomes. The role is dynamic, requiring coordination across different teams and adapting to evolving project needs to drive overall success.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Lead strategic planning sessions to align project goals with organizational priorities.
  • Facilitate risk management processes to identify and mitigate potential project obstacles.
  • Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.


Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Program Management.
  • Strong capability in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects efficiently.
  • Experience in stakeholder communication and expectation management.
  • Ability to define project scope and monitor execution effectively.
  • Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making within a program or project context.
  • Competence in adapting project plans based on evolving business needs and challenges.


Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Agile Program Management.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
