Key job responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive benchmarking mechanisms to track competitor pricing strategies in real-time, enabling data-driven decision making for Amazon Flex's quick commerce offerings
• Lead cross-functional stakeholder alignment across operations, finance, and partner teams to develop pricing modules that balance competitive positioning with delivery partner engagement and satisfaction
• Manage the lifecycle of complex pricing programs, analyzing performance metrics, identifying trends, and proactively mitigating risks before they impact business outcomes
• Drive process improvements by streamlining pricing evaluation workflows, establishing scalable frameworks, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives across geographies
• Partner with engineering and analytics teams to build automated pricing solutions, making smart trade-offs between speed, accuracy, and long-term scalability while maintaining program alignment with business goals

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
