Key job responsibilities
Design and implement comprehensive benchmarking mechanisms to track competitor pricing strategies in real-time, enabling data-driven decision making for Amazon Flex's quick commerce offerings
Lead cross-functional stakeholder alignment across operations, finance, and partner teams to develop pricing modules that balance competitive positioning with delivery partner engagement and satisfaction
Manage the lifecycle of complex pricing programs, analyzing performance metrics, identifying trends, and proactively mitigating risks before they impact business outcomes
Drive process improvements by streamlining pricing evaluation workflows, establishing scalable frameworks, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives across geographies
Partner with engineering and analytics teams to build automated pricing solutions, making smart trade-offs between speed, accuracy, and long-term scalability while maintaining program alignment with business goals

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of driving process improvements experience
Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
