Job Summary

Lead business planning, project execution, and customer engagement activities for automotive embedded software solutions, with a focus on AUTOSAR, MCAL, cybersecurity, middleware and controller enablement programs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead business planning and project execution for automotive embedded software solutions.
Project management practices experience mandatory. (Budgeting, Billing, Milestone Tracking, Risk handling, Stakeholder management, Status reporting, etc,.)
Drive customer engagement activities across AUTOSAR, MCAL, cybersecurity, middleware, and controller enablement programs
Drive cross-functional collaboration across Bosch and ETAS organizations
Manage customer proposals and Statements of Work (SoWs)
Oversee budgeting and delivery governance
Ensure successful execution of strategic automotive software initiatives

Qualifications

BE, B-Tech, MBA
