Production Supervisor General

Key Responsibilities

• Production Planning & Execution
• Develop and manage the production plan in alignment with sales, Revenue
  
  

forecasts and customer delivery expectations.

• Conduct production capacity planning to ensure optimal resource utilization and
  
  

timely order fulfilment.

• Lead and facilitate production meetings to proactively identify and eliminate
  
  

potential risks such as material shortages, manpower constraints, or tooling

unavailability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, quality,
  
  

engineering, and logistics to ensure uninterrupted production flow.

• KPI Monitoring & Performance Management
• Monitor, interpret and achieve key manufacturing KPIs including:
• First Pass Yield (FPY)
• On-Time Delivery (OTD)
• Non-Conformance Cost (NCC)
• Inventory Turn Ratio
• Optimize throughput
• Analyze deviations, prepare root-cause reports, and initiate appropriate
  
  

corrective and preventive actions.

• Continuous Improvement & Lean Initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production lines using Lean
  
  

methodologies.

• Implement tools such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Kaizen, and 5S to
  
  

enhance productivity, reduce waste, and increase process efficiency.

• Compliance & Safety
• Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with industry regulations and
  
  

standards including ISO 9001 and ISO 13485. (Good to have)

• Maintain a healthy and safe workplace environment by adhering to safety
  
  

procedures and promoting best practices.

• Problem Solving & Technical Support
• Use structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, Fishbone, 5 Why) to
  
  

identify root causes and resolve technical or process-related issues.

• Reporting & Stakeholder Management
• Prepare and present MIS reports to management and global stakeholders with
  
  

actionable insights and improvement proposals.

• Identify, assess, and escalate operational risks at an early stage to avoid
  
  

disruptions.
