Key Responsibilities
Broad technical expertise in typical oil and gas process equipment Basic design and operation
Analytical skills to evaluate production system processes through design information, identify key facility performance parameters, and identify typical operating conditions and excursions through data and trend analysis to build a surveillance plan for an operating facility.
Troubleshooting and performance monitoring /optimization for an oil and gas facility. Experience in data collection and analysis utilizing process historian software (PI System, CREDO,PRO-II,PDMS, and XHQ/Seeq etc.)
Experience in Producing Well/Pad alarm rationalization + production optimization surveillance deck review
Perform surveillance to flag optimization opportunities (e.g., abnormal production variance= artificial lift / plunger / gas lift indicators, compressor-related production impacts, meter / measurement anomalies) and how recommendations are communicated/closed out
Highly motivated SME who can grow scope and scale the team through an offshoring partner to client

Work Experience
15+ years in O&G plus Production Management
Bachelors degree from a recognized university in Chemical / Petroleum Engineering.
Additional Qualifications Is An Advantage
Relevant Experience Required:
Majority of experience should be in a process engineering role supporting operations/production organization.
Must have on-sitework experience as process engineer performing process monitoring to support an onshore or offshore oil and gas facility with in-depth knowledge of a variety of typical oil and gas processing equipment.
Experience with P&IDs, equipment data sheets, interpreting vendor manuals, PFDs, Cause & Effects diagrams &operation manuals.
Experience in DCS System alarm management
Mandatory Skills
Minimum work experience of 15+ years within the Oil and Gas industry in upstream, downstream or petrochemical operations.
Unconventional Production and Reservoir Accounting
AFE & Well Performance Analysis, Remote Monitoring & Management Services
Non-Conformance Engineering, proactively analyze Trends, Breakdown Threats and Operate the wells within Safe Zone for Well Optimization
Data Analytics, Predictive Maintenance and proven experience in troubleshooting Process upsets
Asset Register Update & Management
Field Services / Production Alarm Management and rationalization
Provide active reports along with suggestions for short-term & long-tern improvement actions
Good To Have Skills
