Job Overview

The Pricing Analyst supports the execution and maintenance of pricing across enterprise systems, with a focus on sustaining quotes, tariff surcharge updates, and customer-specific pricing requests. This role works independently on standard pricing activities while collaborating closely with senior pricing team members, Customer Service, Product Management, and other cross‑functional partners to ensure pricing accuracy and compliance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update pricing data in SAP and IBP in accordance with released sustaining quotes, approved pricing actions, and established pricing guidelines.
  • Independently manage routine Tariff Surcharge updates in SAP if required, ensuring timely implementation and data accuracy.
  • Partner with Customer Service to evaluate and process special pricing requests, ensuring required approvals, documentation, and system updates are completed accurately.
  • Perform pricing validations and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and support revenue integrity.
  • Support pricing audits and data quality initiatives, proactively identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Assist with pricing documentation, trackers, and standard operating procedures.
  • Contribute to ad hoc pricing analysis and reporting to support business decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in pricing, finance, supply chain, or a related analytical role.
  • Practical experience working with SAP pricing modules; experience with IBP preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple pricing updates simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (lookup functions, pivot tables, basic analysis).
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally.
  • Experience supporting customer-specific, contract, or special pricing.
  • Exposure to quote-to-cash processes and pricing governance.
  • Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or global supply chain environment.
