Project Role Description : Drives the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human-centered design approach. Shapes and manages the product roadmap and product backlog and ensures the product team consistently deliver on the clients needs and wants. Validates and tests ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes.

Summary:
As a Product Owner, a typical day involves championing the product vision by deeply understanding and representing the customers perspective. This role requires continuously shaping and refining the product roadmap and backlog to align with evolving client needs. The day is filled with engaging in iterative feedback sessions to validate ideas and gather insights, ensuring that the product direction remains relevant and responsive. Collaboration with various stakeholders and teams is a key part of the daily routine, fostering a dynamic environment where knowledge discovery drives timely adjustments and improvements to the product strategy.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment on product goals.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog to maximize value delivery.
- Monitor progress and performance metrics to guide the team towards successful product outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Delphix.
- Strong understanding of data virtualization and data masking concepts.
- Experience in managing product lifecycle and backlog grooming.
- Ability to translate customer needs into actionable product features.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and iterative development processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Delphix.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
