Job Overview

We are looking for experienced Product Owners /Managers to support the delivery of roadmap acceleration initiatives for our product platform. The Product Owner will be responsible for driving product features and outcomes that align with customer and user expectations by translating product vision and business insights into prioritized user stories for agile teams consisting of 8–10 members.

In this role, you will work closely with clients and Product Managers to gather, analyze, and prioritize enhancement requirements for the banking platform. You will also collaborate with customers on specific roadmap acceleration requests while managing activities such as release planning, sprint prioritization, and backlog grooming.

You Will

• Define and deliver product features, user experiences, and integration requirements aligned with business and customer needs.
• Translate product vision into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlog items for agile teams.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, clients, and stakeholders to gather requirements and drive roadmap acceleration initiatives.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality product enhancements within scope and budget.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
• Prioritize and continuously refine the product backlog based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies, resolve issues, and ensure smooth product integration.
• Support release planning, feature validation, and quality assurance by defining and evaluating acceptance criteria.
• Develop customer-focused documentation, training materials, and feature presentations for newly released platform capabilities.
• Conduct customer and market research to understand user needs, improve product experiences, and support overall product strategy.
  
  

You Have

• Experience in the financial services industry, preferably in digital, online, or mobile banking platforms.
• Strong understanding of complex business processes and technical problem-solving.
• Proven experience managing software products across the full product lifecycle, from requirements to release.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with banking and regulatory standards such as PCI, WCAG, and FFIEC.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, project coordination, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Ability to understand customer and business needs and translate them into prioritized user stories and product requirements.
• Strong prioritization skills with focus on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
