Nudge.new builds AI-native marketing products for small and growing businesses across the US and Canada. We run our clients' entire marketing engine - acquisition (SEO, AEO, Local SEO, paid ads) and retention (email, WhatsApp, SMS), delivered as a fully managed, Done-For-You service, powered by our AI-native platform, Nudge, and backed by human experts. We serve SMBs across verticals - DTC, spas, hotels, restaurants, professional services, coaches, and more.

Nudge is founded by ex-founders and leaders of startups like MySmartPrice, Livspace, Brightchamps, RetainIQ etc. and is backed by top venture capital firm Accel and some of the biggest angels in India. We're a fast-moving, AI-first team and we're scaling quickly.

This is a hands-on, techno functional product role. You'll own a product area within our AI marketing stack end to end: set its direction, build it, and drive its outcomes.

Your surface is one of the AI agents that generate and manage marketing for hundreds of US small businesses across AEO, SEO, website generation, and paid-ads generation & management. You won't just define it, you'll build it.

Using tools like Claude Code and Codex, you'll ship the initial MVP live yourself, with AI as your engineering leverage, then partner with our engineering team to productionize and scale what proves out. You'll work hand in hand with our delivery team (who run these agents every day for US clients) and our engineers (who help you harden the winners for scale), with client outcomes as your scoreboard. You report to the Head of Product (or directly to the Founder).

This is for you if you've built AI products at a startup / product company and think like both a builder and an owner, someone who can go from a rough problem to a working agent fast, and who sweats the user, the metric, and the market in equal measure.

We're specifically looking for:

• 3–5 years in AI and product roles at startups - you've shipped real AI products, not just managed roadmaps
• Ex-founders who've built and launched a product (it doesn't have to have worked out)
• Technofunctional builders who are fluent with Claude Code / Codex and love turning ideas into live agents

This is probably not the right fit if you're a "PM" who mainly writes specs and hands them off, if you need engineers to build your first version for you, or if your experience is roadmaps-and-standups without hands-on building. This role is about shipping - you build the first version yourself, then scale it with engineering.

• A product area within the marketing stack, end to end - an AI agent (or set of agents) for AEO/SEO, website generation, or paid-ads generation & management, serving our US customers
• Direction and roadmap for your surface - you decide what to build next and why, grounded in client outcomes and the delivery team's needs
• Build and ship the MVP yourself with Claude Code / Codex - take agents from zero to live fast, and iterate from real usage
• Productionize with engineering - once an agent proves out, partner with our engineers to harden it for reliability and scale
• Partner tightly with the delivery team - turn their workflows and client results into product requirements
• Own the metrics that matter - output quality, delivery-team efficiency, and client outcomes and push them up release over release
• Work across the AI product stack - prompts, evals, tooling, and the guardrails that make agent output reliable at scale
  

• 3–5 years across AI and product roles at startups, with real AI products you've shipped end to end
• Fluent with Claude Code / Codex - you build apps and agents with them, fast
• Technofunctional - you can build the thing and reason about the user, the market, and the metric
• Strong product judgment - you prioritize ruthlessly and sweat output quality and user workflows, not just features
• Comfortable partnering with engineers - you ship the MVP live yourself, then work with eng to productionize for scale
• Comfortable with messy 0-to-1 work: ambiguity, fast iteration, and owning outcomes
• Excellent written and spoken English — you'll work directly with a US-facing team
• Self-driven and high-agency - you don't wait to be told what to build
• Strong signal: a top engineering background (IITs / BITs / NITs or similar), or you're an ex-founder
• Bonus: exposure to marketing (SEO / ads / web), or experience building LLM agents and evals in production
• Willing to work the split shift (in-office 2–7 PM, then WFH 8 PM–12 AM) and relocate to Bangalore
• Able to join within ~1 month
