Job Description

About the Role

Job Responsibilities :

• Focus on Customer Acquisition
• Build and experiment different acquisition strategies. Drive it to completion and publish the results.
• Work on product placement and messaging.
• Develop and define product implementation roadmaps
• Work with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and QA team to come up with time estimates and adhering to external commitments
• Collaborate with external partners for integration of their system or services.
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
• Define and continuously analyze metrics for the success of the product
• Be familiar with industry best practices for product implementation and improving processes at KredX
• Identifying all barriers to product/feature adoption (awareness, legal, regulatory, training, customer usage) and ensuring systematic elimination of the same
• Own customer onboarding, customer experience and customer success
• Participate in product demos to potential customers. Understand their requirements and propose solutions using the product features.
• Interact with customers regularly to gather feedback, problem statements and feature requirements.
  
  

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Past knowledge of financial services (MSME lending) would be helpful
• Experience of driving product growth
• First principle thinking and strong problem solving ability
• Ability to work independently and drive outcomes
• Structured thought process
• Proactive communication skills
• Strong curiosity and passion to learn and grow
